Application Process Steps
After looking through the amazing array of alternatives, you have found the ideal volunteer program and location. The thrilling next step is now ready to be taken! Are you a little uneasy? That's quite normal, but beyond all else, this is the beginning of an amazing experience as your volunteer’s journey commences!
Be sure you meet the age, educational, and language requirements for the volunteer program of your choice before you jump in.
Our team is full with travel knowledge; knows much of the destination where you can make lifetime memories and like sharing their experiences for it. Having inquiries? Are you having trouble deciding between two fantastic programs? Or perhaps you're considering combining two for the most exciting experience! Choose Your Program.

Apply Online
Submit your quick application form (takes about 10 minutes). Be honest about your background, health conditions, and preferences, it helps us match you better.
Pre-Approval Check.
After applying, we'll invite you to a short, inform video call (10 minutes). This helps us meet you, answer questions, and make sure we're a good fit for each other. A bisic criminal check for child safety and health standards will also be required
Secure your position
After passing the pre-approval, pay your non-refundable registration fee to reserve your place in the program.
Pay the program fee
Submit the full program fees at least 60 days before your start date.
Get Ready!
Once payment is confirmed, you're all set! Pack your bags, stay in touch, and get ready for an experience of a lifetime!
When to apply
There is no such thing as applying too early for Community Angels Initiative volunteering program, therefore you should do so as soon as you are completely prepared to join us!. The majority of our programs accept applications all year long, however in order to guarantee your place, we strongly advise applying as soon as possible. Space is limited for several of our volunteer opportunities, and they fill up quickly! Apply now to secure your spot and prevent disappointment if you want to visit during our busiest time of year (June–September).
Applying as a Group.
Yes, without a doubt! Group applications are accepted. Decide on the dates of your vacation and input the number of applicants first. Next, complete the online application procedure by entering the information for each member of your group. Remember to include the names of your friend in the "Special Requirements" section. This enables us to make sure you are assigned to the same volunteer project and lodging so you can enjoy this incredible experience together!
